1) Acceptance of Terms / 接受条款

By accessing or using the AI Assistant, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
使用或访问 AI 助手即表示你同意本使用条款及其引用的隐私说明；不同意者请勿使用。

2) Scope & Nature of the Service / 服务性质与范围

The AI Assistant provides automated, general-purpose information based on your prompts. It is not a substitute for licensed professionals (e.g., engineers, electricians, gas fitters, HVAC technicians) or manufacturer instructions.
AI 助手基于你的提问自动生成通用信息，不替代持证专业人士（如工程师、电工、燃气技术员、HVAC 技师）或厂家说明。

3) No Professional Advice / 非专业建议

All outputs are for reference only. You must consult applicable product manuals, safety standards (e.g., CSA/UL/ETL 列名与说明、制造商安装手册) 以及当地法规/规范（如电气、燃气、建筑、冷媒相关规范）。当 AI 输出与官方文档冲突时，以官方文档与专业意见为准。
所有信息仅作参考；如与官方资料不一致，以官方为准。

4) Safety & Compliance / 安全与合规

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations (e.g., Canadian Electrical Code/各省市电气规范、燃气/冷媒法规、建筑与消防规范等)。Installation, servicing, or commissioning must be performed by qualified personnel where required.
你需自行确保满足所在地安全规范与法规的要求；需要持证上岗的作业，必须由合格人员完成。

5) Product Information, Inventory & Pricing / 产品信息、库存与价格

Product specs, availability, and pricing displayed or discussed via the AI Assistant may be incomplete or change without notice and are subject to NAHVAC’s final confirmation. Quotes, lead times, and promotions are not binding until confirmed in writing by NAHVAC.
AI 呈现的参数、库存、价格可能随时变更，一切以 NAHVAC 最终书面确认为准。

6) Recording & Use of Conversations / 对话记录与用途

To improve service quality, conversations may be recorded and analyzed (e.g., for troubleshooting, training, quality assurance, analytics). By using the AI Assistant, you consent to such collection and use as described in our Privacy Notice. Do not share sensitive personal data or confidential business information.
为提升服务质量，对话可能被记录与分析。使用即表示你同意依隐私说明所述的收集与使用。请勿在对话中提交敏感个人信息或商业机密。

7) User Responsibilities / 用户义务

  • Provide accurate, lawful prompts and use the service only for legitimate purposes.
  • Independently verify critical information before acting.
  • Refrain from uploading/entering unlawful, harmful, or third-party confidential content.
  • 不得将本服务用于任何违法、不当或侵权用途；关键决策前需独立核验；不得输入违法或他人机密信息。

8) Prohibited Uses / 禁止行为

You must not: (a) attempt to exploit or interfere with the service; (b) use outputs to violate laws, codes, or third-party rights; (c) misrepresent AI output as certified professional advice; (d) use outputs for life-critical decisions or emergency response.
禁止：利用或干扰服务、用输出从事违法或侵权、将输出冒充专业意见、将输出用于生命/紧急决策等高风险场景。

9) Intellectual Property / 知识产权

All product names, manuals, and brand assets are the property of their respective owners. AI outputs may be subject to additional third-party rights. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.
产品/品牌/手册等归各自权利人所有；AI 输出可能涉及第三方权利，相关许可由你自行取得。

10) No Warranties / 免责声明

The AI Assistant is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI 助手按“现状”与“可用”提供，不作任何明示或默示保证（含准确性、完整性、特定用途适配、非侵权等）。

11) Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAHVAC and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the AI Assistant, including but not limited to property damage, business interruption, or loss of data/profits.
在法律允许的最大范围内，NAHVAC 及关联方对因使用本 AI 助手而引起的任何直接或间接损失不承担责任（包括财产损失、业务中断、数据/利润损失等）。

12) Indemnification / 赔偿

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NAHVAC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
如因你使用本服务、提交的内容或违反本条款而引发索赔，你同意为 NAHVAC 及其关联方进行抗辩并承担赔偿责任。

13) Service Changes & Availability / 服务变更与可用性

NAHVAC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI Assistant (in whole or part) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
NAHVAC 可随时变更、暂停或终止服务，不保证不间断或无错误运行。

14) Updates to Terms / 条款更新

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will indicate changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
本条款可能更新；“更新日期”发布后，你继续使用视为同意新条款。

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution / 适用法律与争议解决

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada (without regard to conflicts-of-law rules). You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
本条款受加拿大卑诗省法律管辖，争议由卑诗省法院专属管辖。
